Every Battledore racket carries a 6-month frame warranty against manufacturing defects — cracks, deformation, paint defects, structural failure. Normal wear (string breaks, grip wear, tension drops) isn't covered. Initiate a claim with your order ID via the contact form.
Yes. We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused rackets in original packaging. Contact our team and we'll sort it out quickly.
We primarily cover North India for court installation and flooring. For other regions, contact us directly — we take on projects across India on request.
Yes. Our court flooring meets BWF standards and comes with full certification documentation, making it suitable for state-level and national-level tournament use.
Standard PVC mat: 3–5 days for one court including subfloor prep. BWF-certified install: 5–7 days including surface qualification. We send a written quotation within 48 hours of an inquiry.
Feather shuttlecocks are in sample testing — multiple variants from our supplier currently under review. Footwear models are in the pipeline. Follow us or check back soon for launch announcements.
Battledore was founded by Aman Arora — an international-level badminton player who also runs Hans Sports Academy and Hans Sports Sales, the largest badminton supplier in North India. He built Battledore because he knew exactly what serious players need and what it should actually cost.
