Fitted-out gym floor with strength and cardio equipment
END-TO-END FIT-OUTS

A gym floor, layout and kit list that works from day one.

Zone-based flooring, 3D space planning and equipment supply — planned, installed and commissioned as one scope.

Space planning included · Zone-based flooring · Equipment & commissioning

Most gyms are laid out backwards.

Equipment gets bought first and the floor gets whatever is left. That is how you end up with deadlifts over cardio-weight vinyl, mirrors in the wrong place and a rack you cannot load safely. We plan the space and the zones first, then specify flooring and equipment against that plan.

We fit out commercial gyms, school and university facilities, club and resort gyms, corporate wellness rooms and society gyms — from a single room to multi-zone floors, including rooftop and outdoor fitness areas.

Zones first. Flooring follows.

A gym floor is not one surface. Each zone does a different job, and specifying them separately is what keeps the floor — and the slab — intact.

Questions buyers actually ask.

As a working rule, allow roughly 40–50 sq. ft. per member expected on the floor at peak, plus circulation. A functional 1,500 sq. ft. room can carry a credible strength and cardio offer; below about 800 sq. ft. you have to choose between zones. We plan against your actual membership target, not a generic table.
